Woman drowns in water tank

A woman accidently drowned in the water tank inside her house in Surjani Town.

The body of the victim, Rukhsar Naveed, 22, was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

SHO Surjani Town, Umeed Kiyani, said that the preliminary investigation revealed that Rukhsar was caught by epileptic seizures due to which she fell into the underground tank of water and drowned.

He added that the police are investigating the incident further.
