Late on Tuesday night, the police said the heinous attack targeted the former chairman's vehicle, leading to the tragic deaths of Syed Abrar Shah and his three companions, including Rafiqat, Syed Ali Sher, and Sahib Gul. Following the incident, the assailants fled the scene, the police said. Shahzad Town police reached the site and initiated a thorough search operation in the area. However, the police were unable to apprehend the suspects.

Police sources revealed that the motive behind the murder seems to be rooted in a longstanding feud, as the victims were targeted in a calculated manner. Despite the suspects managing to evade arrest initially, further details are expected to emerge during the ongoing investigation.
