Eight injured as coaster overturns
Injured includes four women of same family
KHURRIANWALA:
Eight people were injured when a coaster swerved onto a footpath and then overturned on Satiana Road.
The injured included four women of the same family.
Rescue 1122 team shifted them to hospital. The condition of two of the injured was said to be critical.
The coaster had been on its way to Sargodha when it met with the accident on Satiana Road. Police said that the accident happened because the driver had allegedly failed to see the footpath at the Khanuana Bypass on Satiana Road.
The SHO of Saddar Police Station, Rai Aftab Waseem, reached the spot and supervised the rescue operation.
