Chakwal gets public library

CHAKWAL:

A comprehensive public library has been set up within the District Public School (DPS) in Chakwal. Chakwal Deputy Commissioner Quratul Ain Malik inaugurated the library on Wednesday.

During the inauguration ceremony, Malik expressed delight, highlighting that a vast collection of books covering a wide array of subjects will now be available to the residents of Chakwal and Talagang. Emphasising the significance of this initiative, she noted the library's aim was to cater to the diverse educational needs of the community.

The library houses a diverse range of books in Urdu and English, covering literature, history, poetry, Iqbaliyat, and various scientific disciplines. Malik extended an open invitation to the people of Chakwal and Talagang, encouraging them to embrace the enriching world of books and foster a love for reading.
