The Sindh High Court ordered the Sindh home department, IG Sindh and others to trace the missing persons and submit a report on October 30 on the petitions related to the recovery of 10 missing persons including the chartered accountant students.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto heard the petitions related to the recovery of 10 missing persons.
In the court, the mother of the missing young man, Sufi Shah Inayat, a student of chartered accountancy, said while crying that her child should be recovered.
Justice Phulpoto said in his remarks that police are doing nothing and he is giving a one-week date to the police.
