SHRC urges recovery of remaining abductees

Sagar Kumar remained in captivity of bandits for nearly two months

Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has welcomed the recovery of Kashmore-Kandhkot resident Sagar Kumar who remained in the captivity of bandits for nearly two months.

The Commission also acknowledges the efforts of police in recovery of Mukhi Jagdesh, Jaideep Kumar (minor) and Dr. Muneer Naich who were recovered earlier this month and were united with their families.

SHRC calls upon the Sindh Police for recovery of the remaining abductees including Nazia and Kausar Khoso, Zaheer Kaladi, Tariq Domki and others, who remain in captivity of bandits as per complaints recieved from their families during SHRC’s fact-finding mission in the district.

The commission found about more abductions and brought it into the notice of authorities. The Commission urges the authorities to ensure immediate recovery of the remaining abductees.
