In a candid conversation at a recent event in Dubai with Tayyab Arshmaan, actor Humaima Malick delved into her experience of working with Bollywood heartthrob Emraan Hashmi. The conversation shed light on the enduring impact of her collaboration with the renowned Indian actor and the recognition it continues to garner, even years after the project.

The discussion began with Humaima highlighting how Pakistan and India are merely different names, with many similarities lying beneath the surface; passion for music and films being a few to name. It was during this exchange that the host mentioned Humaima's work with Emraan in the movie Raja Natwarlal.

When asked about her experience working alongside Emraan, Humaima couldn't help but smile, revealing that the remarkable aspect of this collaboration was how it had etched a lasting memory in the minds of people worldwide. She recounted, "The amazing thing is that wherever I go in the world...Everyone looks at my face and remembers Immy (Emraan). Pakistanis can never forget that I have worked with Emraan Hashmi...The experience was amazing."

For Humaima, the enduring recognition by people from various walks of life serves as a testament to the profound impact of cinema and storytelling on a global scale. The film, released in 2014, is a Hindi-language crime thriller directed by Kunal Deshmukh and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under UTV Motion Pictures. Apart from Emraan and Humaima, the film boasts an ensemble cast that includes Paresh Rawal, Kay Kay Menon, and Deepak Tijori.

Raja Natwarlal is a story of deception, vengeance, and redemption. The narrative revolves around Raja, alias Mithilesh Kumar Shrivastava (Emraan), and his partner in crime, Raghav Desai (Deepak), who make a living through cons. Raja's profound love for Ziya (Humaima), a bar girl, fuels his desire to secure their future together through a major heist.

Their ambitious plan succeeds, prompting Raja to revel in their newfound wealth. However, their elation is short-lived when they discover that the stolen money belongs to Varda Yadav (Kay Kay), a billionaire from Cape Town. Enraged, Varda orders retribution against the thieves, leading to a tragic turn of events where Raghav is ruthlessly murdered. Witnessing this horrifying act, Raja is consumed by a burning thirst for vengeance.

In his quest to avenge Raghav's death and reclaim the stolen fortune, Raja seeks the guidance of a seasoned criminal named Victor Singhal, or Yogi (Paresh), who, interestingly, is Raghav's elder brother. After much persuasion, Yogi agrees to mentor Raja and aid him in seeking justice. Under Yogi's tutelage, Raja undergoes training and assembles a team of skilled criminals. Together, they embark on a perilous journey to Cape Town, determined to confront Varda and extract their revenge. The film intricately weaves a tale of transformation, as Raja evolves from a small-time swindler into a relentless avenger, motivated by his partner's murder and the pursuit of justice and retribution.
