Three killed in Sheikhupura

Forensic experts collect evidence from crime scene

SHEIKHUPURA:

A man, Muhammad Akram, and his daughters, Fatima Bibi and Uzma Bibi, were shot dead in the village of Kot Abdul Malik. 

The DPO of Sheikhupura, Zahid Nawaz Marwat, took notice of the incident as soon as the incident was reported.

The SHO of the Factory Area Police Station, Mehboob Alam, arrived at the crime scene along with a heavy contingent of police.

Forensic experts collected evidence from the crime scene.

Later, the bodies were shifted to the mortuary for a postmortem examination.

Police said the accused had escaped on motorcycles.

A case would be registered against the suspects according to the written application to be given by the relatives of the victims.

The DPO of Sheikhupura said that the suspects would be arrested at the earliest.

In the month of November 2022, two brothers were killed allegedly over some old enmity in Kala Shah Kaku, police had said.

They identified the deceased as Shahzad and Sulaiman Butt.

Police said that Shahzad and Sulaiman Butt had been sitting in a park near their house in Rehmaniya Colony when unidentified persons on motorcycles opened fire on them and escaped.
