Sony’s portable PlayStation Portal to launch later this year for $199.99

Sony has also announced the launch of its first wireless earbuds called the Pulse Explore

Sony is launching its first PlayStation Portal remote player, to launch later this year for $199.99.

The new PlayStation Portal remote player has key features including a DualSense wireless controller, an 8-inch LCD screen with 1080p resolution at 60fps, and a 3.5mm audio jack for wired audio.

The PlayStation Portal connects remotely to the PS5 over Wi-Fi, allowing users to easily jump from playing on their PS5 to your PlayStation Portal. PlayStation Portal can play supported games that are installed on the PS5 console and use the Dualsense controller.

In addition to the PS5 remote play device, the company has also announced the launch of its first wireless earbuds called the Pulse Explore. Using the new PlayStation Link wireless technology, Pulse Explore delivers low latency lossless audio from PS5 and PlayStation Portal.

The PlayStation Portal remote player will launch later this year with a price tag of 199.99 USD.
