Celebrated television and film star Mahira Khan recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to host Ask Mahira, a series where she interacts with her fans and answers their queries. Requesting that the questions mostly revolve around Razia, her upcoming offering, the talented star kick-started the anticipated exchange.

"Why are you not doing dramas? We love you and miss you," asked one fan. As a response to this, Mahira revealed, "Doing a film right now. Drama, God-willing, starts early next year."

One fan asked the star to say something about the renowned actor, Fahad Mustafa. Mahira gladly responded, saying, "Fahad Mustafa is [a king]. Miss him! We had the best time." Fahad and Mahira were recently seen in their high-octane, action-fuelled project, Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad.

There was a lot of praise, and questions about Razia, Mahira's upcoming offering that she sought to promote with this series. One fan praised the trailer and said it "looked so good," while adding that they would love an update on Neelofar. To this, the star said, "Thank you! What shall I do? Till then, Sadaf to the rescue." Another fan questioned why she did Razia after such a long break, to which Mahira replied, "You will see. It’s an important story. But you know. In this story, there is hope, greed, rather intense and immense."

Furthermore, when asked about the details of her role in Razia, the Humsafar actor replied, "I’m just the narrator...but maybe I’m Razia…who knows? You’ll see!" When questioned about the one word that would best describe Razia, Mahira replied with "brave."

To another fan asking for further details about Razia, the Superstar actor said, "Razia is about the life of a girl - from the day she’s born till about her late 20s. How women in our society face obstacles at every point in their lives. There are important messages being told mostly lightly...and sometimes strongly."

When asked by a fan from Indian-occupied Kashmir about where they can watch Razia, the star said, "God-willing, it will come on Express TV's YouTube!"

Mahira also teased a rather exciting potential update. When questioned specifically about a favourite memory from Bin Roye, the star responded, "Too many! But now...we will have more."

Another X user wrote, "How’s Mahira the producer doing? I am quite old now, but my children deserve that magnum opus grand romantic love story produced by you. We'll have Azzu direct it. I got a pair for you too." To this, Mahira replied, "I won’t say soon. I shall say, 'One day for sure!' Tell pair quickly."

With a set of rather exciting revelations, the star ended her Ask Mahira session, leaving her audience behind with an image from Razia.
