Imran Ashraf attributes career's success to his 'Ranjha Ranjha Kardi' character, Bhola

The film actor is grateful for his skyrocketing success

Imran Ashraf, known across the nation for his impressive acting, is turning over a new leaf for popular talk show, Mazaaq Raat. The popular comedy talk show that airs on a local will be saying goodbye to Vasay Chaudhry who announced his departure from the show after a successful run of seven years. Despite the undoubtedly woeful farewell of a beloved host, excitement surges as Ashraf is said to take the stage. 

The actor’s new reign is unquestionably a noteworthy development in his career. Having appeared in many popular serials like DIl Lagi, Alif Allah Aur Insaan and Raqs-e-Bismil, his portrayal of Bhola in Kashif Nisar’s hit series Ranjha Ranjha Kardi is what ultimately sealed the deal for him as successful actor in the industry. 

During one of his shows for Mazaak Raat, Ashraf was asked about the impact of playing such a beloved character like Bhola by an audience member. The popular actor answered the question very truthfully, explaining that the opportunity was transformative for his career. The host spoke of how he had previously embodied supporting roles, not having the opportunity to play any diverse or challenging characters. 

Imran explained that playing Bhola was a groundbreaking experience not only because of the nature of the character but also because it helped push him to the forefront in the public eye. As a result of this, the television star was able to turn towards film roles, having now gained widespread fame and praise from his audience. 

Mazaaq Raat, the actor’s latest endeavor, has gained more momentum in its popularity since his appointment. With his previous success, Ashraf took to Instagram to thank fans for the love he was shown over the appointment of his news.
