Viral video shows thieves loading material on a truck without any fear

KARACHI:

A video about the incident of theft at a government school located in Zia Colony, Korangi has gone viral on social media that draws attention of the authorities concerned.

The footage shows suspects loading large grills onto a truck from the premises of the government school in Zia Colony, Union Council 4, while several labourers can be seen assisting in this activity.

Upon being contacted by the UC chairman, the headmaster expressed unawareness about the incidents. The truck loaded with various items, including grills departed the premises without any hurdle.

The situation escalated as the thieves continued to dismantle grills and steal iron materials from the school.

The headmaster has stated that they are in contact with the higher officials to take the action.

Meanwhile, a member of the Union Council present at the scene attributed the responsibility for the school material theft to the headmaster.

The police and Town Chairman Naeem Sheikh were also informed about the incident. Upon inquiry, Sheikh revealed that the incident occurred two to three days back.
