‘Honour’ Killing: Man kills sister, niece on suspicion

MULTAN: A man killed his sister and his young niece on Monday evening. According to police officials Chak No7/8 resident Ghulam Sabir suspected his sister, a widow, and her daughter of having an affair. Sabir took his 40-year old sister Noor Mohammad and his 19-year-old niece Saima to the fields in the middle of the night and shot them. Locals in the area have protested against the incident and police officials have sent the bodies to the THQ Hospital for an autopsy. Police officials have registered a case and are searching for Sabir’s whereabouts.
