Pakistani starlet Ramsha Khan is setting the record straight regarding recent rumours surrounding her career. In her latest interview, the actor allegedly claimed that she would leave the showbiz industry if she were to get married soon.
“I would say goodbye if I get married during this time,” Ramsha reportedly shared in a recent interview that has gone viral on social media. However, in a recent development, the Hum Tum actor took to her Instagram story to clarify her future in the showbiz industry. Her post read “I’m not quitting acting. Please don’t believe everything you see on social media.”
In the aforementioned interview, she was also asked about her future prospects in the industry. The Sinf-e-Aahan actor said that “one has to face difficulties in every field” in order to prove their abilities. She further added that she has been lucky to work with the superstars of the industry at the very outset of her career. This interview has caused many fans to believe that she intends to quit acting. It also caused fans to make speculations about her marriage.
Ramsha made her acting debut in 2017 with Thora Jee Le, a film that didn’t fare too well at the box office. But that didn’t stop the starlet from pursuing a career in acting. She went on to feature in a number of television serials and got her big break in 2020 with Ghissi Pitti Mohabbat. Her more recent works include the TV series Sinf-e-Aahan (2021) and Pakistan’s first anthology film Teri Meri Kahaniyaan (2023).
