RAWALPINDI:

In a tragic incident within the jurisdiction of Westridge police station, a man was shot and killed by his brother-in-law.

According to a spokesperson for the police, the victim identified as Umar Israr used to have frequent quarrels with his mother and other family members.

On the day of the incident, another altercation broke out between Umar and his mother. Seeking intervention, the mother called her son-in-law, named Faisal, and requested him to advise Umar to refrain from quarrelling with her. In response, Faisal came to the house to counsel his brother-in-law.
