@DR AK Tewari: No, we have perfect sites for dam construction to manage flood waters. For example KALA BAGH.
The flood devastation in P akistan can only be avoided when the flow of water will be managed in the upstream of rivers , The construction of dams in their water encatchment zone is a must for this perpose . Since most of these areas are present in India therefore for the cooperation in this area between the two nation is a must . Perhaps nature is now compelling us to solve the Kashmir issue at the earliest .otherwise Pakistan may face the fate of the Indus valley civilization .
