PTI's Ali Mohammad Khan rearrested after release on bail

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Mohammad Khan has been rearrested following his release on bail on Tuesday, Express News reported.

According to Express News, PTI leader Ali Mohammad Khan was rearrested after his release on bail obtained from an anti-corruption court.

Earlier in the day, the court granted post-arrest interim bail to the incarcerated PTI leader in a case pertaining to alleged fraudulent hiring within the fisheries department, causing a loss of Rs2.3 million to the national exchequer.

The anti-corruption court granted the PTI leader interim bail against a surety bond worth Rs80,000. At the time, Khan was on judicial remand in Mardan Central Prison.

Following his release, Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) officials promptly detained him in connection with a new case registered at the Mardan Anti-Corruption department just a day ago involving the alleged embezzlement of funds in various contracts.

In the new case, several former assembly members, including ex-provincial minister Mohammad Atif, have been named as defendants.

This is the sixth time that the PTI leader has been taken into custody.

He was first arrested by Islamabad capital territory police on May 11 under Section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order Order (MPO) in a case relating to violent protests and assaults on civil and military installations on May 9.

Pakistan has already de facto did it during Kargil Misadventure . 2. Hence isn t the role of UNMOGIP established to monitor erstwhile Ceasefire Line of 1949 also came to not by Simla Agreement I suggest you to understand as to why Pakistan in 1972 vacated Thako Chak but India didn t return area of four villages namely Chalunka Turtuk Tykshi and Thang in Shyok valley and Ghanche district of Baltistan being liberated territory of the erstwhile Indian state of J K 4. Further UNSC has suo motto shut and forgot the Kashmir Issue forever from its records. India also had already acquiescence in UNSC not to pursue its 1948 reference after Simla Agreement. I suggest YOU to read UNSC resolution decision No. S 1996 603 dated 2 August 1996 read its Annexure item 6 7 15 specifically closing all Paki Kashmir Tamasha before UNSC Pakistan also participate on this resolution s discussion and also acquiescence it by not questioning the resolution. Otherwise also UN is now almost a defunct organizations and unless China which is not accepting UN resolutions on Phillipine s territorial integrity and supporting Terrorist Nation is thrown out of UNSC. Unless reformed to present realities Indian s give two hoots to such 75 years old organizations. Forget about Indo-Pak issues read and understand Article 6 of the Sino-Pak Aksai Chin Agreement of 1963. It is time for China to vacate Aksai Chin. 6. Kashmir a Disputed Territory . my foot It is time for Pakistan to vacate PoK GB by Kabayali PakJabi forces and settlers after 1947 and handover these areas to India.
