Unidentified miscreants blew up a school on Monday in Sher Din Banda in Peshawar.
According to the police, the miscreants planted explosives in ghee cans inside a girls’ school in the jurisdiction of Zaida Police Station. The school was partially destroyed; however, no casualties were reported. Law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.

Oh those naughty miscreants! :) They really should stop being so miscreanty.
Seriously, why does our media, and worse, the government, use the term "miscreant" for those who use violence and explosives? These aren't firecrackers they are using, and in any other country they would be called terrorists and hauled through the courts. Not in Pakistan, where "miscreants" can get away with murder all the time.
@Cautious: It's funny you brought the "miscreant" overuse up. The moment I read the title my first reaction was "they need to put that word into retirement. everything seems to be labeled that way so they look like they care and at the same time don't expose those they support or be required to do something about it. Because before doing something about it they have to identify them and if they're not identified, nobody can question their lack of action because they don't know who they turn a blind eye to and who they don't.
Pakistan loves the word "miscreants" but why not use the word Taliban - it fits. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who blows up girl schools.
What sick minds think of blowing up schools
