RAWALPINDI:

A married woman was allegedly abducted from her house by her relatives and was gang-raped and filmed within the limits of the Sadiqabad Police Station in Rawalpindi.

According to a spokesperson for the police, the victim complained that she was present in her house with her children when someone knocked on her front door and when she opened the door, she found suspects named Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Rizwan, Waheed alias Pannu and Shabbir Ahmed standing at her doorsteps.

Meanwhile, she said she invited them inside.

The complainant said the suspects had brought grape juice with them which she drank and gave her children to drink as well after she served tea to them.

After consuming the beverage, she said she felt her head spinning and fainted.

She found herself in a harrowing situation when she regained consciousness to discover that she was being sexually assaulted by Asif.

The incident took place in a secluded room at an undisclosed location.

Adding to her terror, Shabbir Ahmed stood guard with a baton in his hand while Waheed, also known as Pannu, recorded an obscene video of the victim using his mobile phone.

The alleged perpetrators went on to threaten the victim, warning her that any outcry would result in her untimely demise and the dissemination of the explicit footage on the internet.

Overwhelmed and without recourse, the victim felt compelled to remain silent throughout the ordeal.
