A night of diamonds and elaborate gowns: Priyanka Chopra rubs shoulders with Zendaya, Anne Hathaway

Popular stars were seen studded head to toe in diamonds at a recent event

The night of May 16 was one full of shimmering stars - and we’re not talking about the sky. It was the night of Bulgari's Mediterranean High Jewellery event, where some of the most famous women in the world walked the highly sophisticated Palazzo Ducale.

The guest list also included Lisa of Black Pink, who has made waves not just in the K-pop industry, but has now taken over the world continent by continent. Pairing with Zendaya, Lisa wore a black off-shoulder gown, which was enhanced by a captivating cape. To complete the dramatic look, Lisa had her hair styled up in a bun, the look pulled off almost effortlessly with a diamond choker and subtle earrings.

On the other hand, Anne Hathaway revived our love for the Princess Diaries and wore the more ‘deluxe’ gown of the four. She wore a hooded dress by Atelier Versace in silver and gold colours, featuring a thigh-high slit. Of course, since it was a Bulgari event, Anne’s look could not be complete without a large necklace adorned with rubies and diamonds.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas was definitely giving us Indian long-sleeved saari vibes mixed with a little bit of modern fashion. She opted for a cutout gown, side-parted hairdo and a beautiful diamond choker adorning her neck.

The four women were definitely the focus of the night, having been the ambassadors for Bulgari. But that’s not all there is to it; speaking to British Vogue back in 2021, Zendaya had revealed that she had actually ‘treated herself’ using her ‘special Bulgari employees discount’ and had bought a ring ornamented with a large yellow diamond.

The spiderman actor joked that the ring would become a ‘family heirloom’ and something that she could ‘pass on to her children in the future’.
