Celebrities pay solidarity visit to Corp Commander House Lahore

The artist's community said that this attack was not on Jinnah House but on Pakistan

The civil society and artistic community went to Jinnah House Corps Commander House to express their support and to vehemently denounce the attack and 'arson', reported Express.pk. Famous classical singer Ustad Hamid Ali Khan, Shafqat Ali Khan, Maigha, Waris Baig, Amar Baig, Shahid Khan, Moammar Rana, Nayyer Ijaz, Sahar Ali Bagga, and many other artists addressed the media present at the venue. 

The artist's community said that this attack was not on Jinnah House but on Pakistan. The members of the civil society and the artist's community lighted candles and apologized to Quaid for failing to protect Jinnah House from the miscreants. The artist's community made it apparent that Pakistan comes first for them. "If Pakistan exists, we are; if Pakistan does not, we are nothing," Rana added. 

The artists said the incident should be investigated and May 9 will go down in history as a black day. However, in this scenario, the Pakistani military showed an excellent example by exercising patience.
