Property dispute claims life

A man was shot dead and two other were injured over a property dispute in the Township area. Two groups confronted each other over a property dispute and after a brief altercation, they drew firearms and open fire on each other.
As a result, 24-year-old Ammar, Waleed and Farhan sustained bullet injuries. They were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment where Ammar succumbed to his injuries.
The other two victims were undergoing treatment and police said that they were investigating the matter further.
In another incident reported in Nishter Colony, a 22- year-old man allegedly committed suicide after murdering his friend.
The case was reported in Punjab Society, where 22-year-old Daniyal committed suicide after allegedly murdering his friend Waqas Maseeh over personal reasons.
Waqar worked as a barber. Meanwhile in Nawab Town, a 37-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by swallowing poisonous pills.
