Learning how to handle aggression while working can help you maintain positive relationships with your team and introduce yourself in a professional manner.

There are many different types of anger and it s important to understand which type or types of anger you experience to manage it effectively. While anger is a normal emotion it can become problematic if it s not managed healthily.
