Moon sighting: Eid expected to be on the same day world over
President of Saudi Astrology says moon will be easily available on Tuesday evening.

This year, Eid ul Fitr is expected to be observed on the same day all over the world. According to Saudi astrologists there is no chance of a moon sighting in Saudi Arabia on the evening of Monday 29 August and hence Ramazan will be 30 days long, ending on August 30.
President of Saudi Astrology Society Majeed Abu Zehra said that the moon will be easily visible on Tuesday evening and therefore, Eid will be on Wednesday, August 31. On the other hand, the Saudi Supreme Court has advised the citizens of the country to aim for sighting the moon and in case it is visible, to inform the nearest court.
