Actor Mahira Khan treated fans to a fun and lighthearted Q&A session on Sunday. From revealing her relationship status to sharing her favourite Iftari meals, The Legend of Maula Jatt star disclosed many interesting details about herself and her life on social media.
Taking to Instagram on April 2, Khan wrote "Let's ask some questions today! Happy Sunday!” As expected, several rushed to send their queries, praise, and love to the renowned actor.
"Will you marry me?" asked one awestruck fan. Khan replied, "Sorry, I’m taken!" adding a clap emoji.
"Please tell us one thing you learnt from your son, Azlaan?" asked another. "Kindness, unknowingly, he teaches me so much, all the time. May God keep all our children safe and healthy," replied the Humsafar star.
Being a prominent TV celebrity, Khan's followers also shared their desire to see her on television again. "I loved your performance in Shehr-e-Zaat, I want a mini-reunion of the show," penned a user. "Shehr-e-Zaat is once in a lifetime kind of thing," said the actor, dismissing the idea of its return.
Penned by Khalilur Rehman Qamar, the popular drama, Sadqay Tumhare also received praise in the Q&A session. "Still miss Shano, one of your best dramas. Love from Belgium," remarked a fan, to whom Khan revealed that she hopes to star in a romantic show again. "Shano was pure love! Hoping to do a love story on television again. Thank you for the love."Khan also revealed that she is a biryani lover through and through. "I might get in trouble for this but no Rooh Afza for me. Biryani, however? Always a yes, whether it's with or without potatoes or made of any kind of meat."
The Raees star even shared her go-to films and shows. "Fableman,” she recommended a fan. “Also, this TV show, it's pretty old but fantastic; Enlightened. And there's a new comedy series, The Bear,” she wrote.
Moving to more serious questions, a user asked, "What is Mahira Khan hiding behind her eyes?" To this, Khan said, "That's a very tough question. Everything, just like everyone else."
Before signing out, she gave her followers a piece of advice, too. "How do you stay optimistic in life and act positively around people who make you feel worse?" questioned a user. "How they make you feel is on them; they are not happy. So, instead of getting upset or angry, you can feel sorry for them. Pray they feel better, and you will remain positive too," she noted.
