You best believe when Ambanis call, all of Bollywood rolls in! Isha Ambani, the daughter of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, announced the opening of a first-of-its-kind space in the sphere of the arts under, the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex.
As per Hindustan Times, the cultural centre is dedicated to her mother Nita M Ambani, who claims to be an educationist, businesswoman, philanthropist and long-time patron of the arts. NMACC promises to be a cultural landmark.
Speaking on the occasion, Isha said, “The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre is so much more than a space – it is the culmination of my mother’s passion for arts, culture and her love for India. She has always dreamt of creating a platform that would be welcoming to audiences, artists, performers and creatives at large. Her vision for NMACC is to showcase the best of what India has to offer to the world and bring the world to India.”
The Ambani family was in full attendance at the opening of Nita Ambani's dream cultural project - Mukesh arrived with his daughter Isha and her father-in-law, Dilip Piramal. Mukesh's elder son Akash Ambani came with his wife Shloka Mehta and his younger son Anant Ambani arrived with his fiancee Radhika Merchant.
Apart from the renowned family, the crème de la crème of Bollywood and a bevy of international stars made it to the red carpet. Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Nick Jonas, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt, Shah Rukh Khan alongside his family as well as Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, newlyweds Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani were spotted at the event, dressed to the nines. However, that's not all! Renowned international names such as The Vampire Diaries famed Kat Graham and supermodel Gigi Hadid also made an appearance.

Alia was spotted in a metallic saree by Vaishali S Studio. The blouse, boasting floral motifs in tone-on-tone embroidery, was truly a scene-stealer.
Kareena exuded glam in an all-red lehenga by Anjul Bhandari. Such a stunner! Saif looked dapper in an icy blue kurta and ivory pyjama with a matching waistcoat.
Deepika looked her gorgeous self in a custom-made Anamika Khanna ensemble. Her ivory heavily embellished pantsuit was complemented with a matching cape. The Gehraiyaan star coupled her look with a berry pout and a sleek ponytail. Her husband, superstar Ranveer Singh looked suave in a colour-coordinated ivory sherwani and pyjama.
Kiara took our breath away, who attended the event in a pearl-embellished infinity blouse with an embellished skirt and a contrasting golden dupatta. Sidharth complemented her well in a beige outfit.
Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan looked super-stylish and posed together at the event. While Suhana dazzled in a red gown, Gauri wowed in a pastel-hued sparkling gown. Aryan was dressed in an intricately-embroidered velvet jacket worn with black trousers. The family was photographed with Salman Khan.
A day after a fashionable outing at the Dior Mumbai show, Sonam Kapoor once again justified her fashionista title in a regal ensemble with contrasting red accents.
The former Miss World made a bold statement in an Elie Saab sheer gown with stylish ruffle details and a pocket! She arrived with her popstar husband, Nick.
Gigi, too, put her best foot forward in a Rahul Mishra creation. What Gigi wore was an intricately embroidered long jacket with matching flowy pants. The outfit had so many delicate details and was adorned with floral embroidery as well. The supermodel also thanked Rahul Mishra and the artisans for creating the attire and said that it was an honour to celebrate Indian craftsmanship.
While the doors to the NMACC opened on March 31, the extravagance will continue over the weekend. We are likely to see Spider-Man costars, Zendaya and Tom Holland attend celebrations as the couple was spotted at the Mumbai airport earlier.
