PESHAWAR:

With the beginning of the holy month of Ramazan, professional peddlers have set up camps at the markets of the city, due to which people coming for shopping, especially women, are facing serious problems.

The authorities concerned appeared to have turned a blind eye in this regard, and due to these beggars, deserving people were also deprived of the charity and zakat.

The presence of a large number of professional beggars at the busiest markets and areas of the city during the holy month of Ramazan has become a challenge for the authorities concerned.

While these beggars were also involved in theft, the citizens demanded that relief should be provided to the people by devising a plan to wipe them out from the markets.
