Ambassador of the Republic of Turkiye to Pakistan Dr Mehmet Pacaci on Saturday called upon Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar to discuss potential areas of business and investment that could help strengthen ties between the two countries.
During the meeting, the minister highlighted some of the areas that have the potential to strengthen bilateral relations, adding that maximum facilitation will be extended to Turkish investors.
Speaking on the occasion, the Turkish ambassador apprised the finance minister of certain issues being faced by Turkish companies operating in Pakistan and exchanged views economic, trade and investment cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance it further.
The diplomats appreciated the long-standing religious, cultural, political, social and economic ties between Pakistan and Turkiye.
