Muneeb says Aiman, staff suffered minor injuries in recent house collapse incident

Actors Aiman Khan and Muneeb Butt took to social media to detail the recent explosion at their residence that caused a part of the house to collapse. Describing the incident that took place, Butt shared that Khan and some of their staff suffered minor injuries. 

“On Sunday, February 20, half of my house collapsed due to an explosion caused by the accumulation of gases in our sewerage lines. Aiman suffered minor injuries caused by shards of glass and our house help suffered burns but Allah has been very kind — Alhumdulillah, they are both recovering,” he wrote. 

The Sar-e-Rah actor went on to comment, "Trying times like these are a reminder of what's important in life - the safety and health of your family and loved ones. Me and my family are immensely grateful for all the love and well wishes you have sent our way and request that you continue praying for us. Thank you,” he added.

Khan, too, shared a similar statement on social media with the caption, "Allah is the greatest and the most Merciful."

Many of their peers hoped for her speedy recovery and extended prayers to the family. Amna Ilyas commented on the post, saying, "Prayers for your family." 

Model-turned-actor, Nadia Hussain Khan, shared, "Thank God, no major harm was done to you or your family. Praying for you in this awful, difficult time." Over the weekend, a video of the damaged part of the actors' house went viral on social media.
