Sania Alam, an education specialist at the Futuristic Learning Institute in Pakistan, has been honoured with the "Brain of the Year" award by the UK's Brain Trust.
Alam is a businesswoman, president of the Futuristic Learning Institute, and head of the US National Memory Sports Council and the Pakistan National Memory Sports Council, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
She is also an associate professor at Buzan Global Academy, a global keynote speaker, and a corporate trainer. Alam has received numerous awards in the United States, including the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, Presidential Fitness Award, and Presidential Active Lifestyle Award.

The "Brain of the Year" award recognises Alam's contributions to global mental literacy and the advancement of education through super-learning.

She has helped leaders from global organisations and businesses use super-learning to achieve success, and her work has been recognised internationally, with features on the covers of 12 magazines.
The award was presented to Alam by Brain Trust Chairman Raymond Cain at a ceremony in London.
She is the first woman from Pakistan to receive the award, following in the footsteps of fellow Pakistani recipient Anees Arif.
