Watch: Vidya Balan grooves to Shazia Manzoor's 'Batiyan Bujhai Rakhdi'

Music remains to be the single factor that diminishes Pakistan and India's strained political ties. In 2022, Madhuri Dixit uploaded a video on Instagram of her dance to Ali Zafar's celebrated song, Sun Re Sajaniya. This year, Bollywood actor Vidya Balan dropped a video on February 7 in which she is seen grooving to Shazia Manzoor's hit Punjabi song, Batiyan Bujhai Rakhdi.

Taking to Instagram, the Jalsa star shared a hilarious clip, revealing her secret to cost-cutting in times when people are paying high electricity bills. The one-minute video starts with a man asking Balan the secret behind her low electricity bill. Responding to him, the diva kicks off into a funny dance showing off her moves on Batiyan Bujhai Rakhdi.

Pakistani playback singer Manzoor also commented on the starlet's video, thanking her for using her music. "Thank you! I'm also a big fan of yours! I sang this song twenty years back and I'm feeling so humbled to have you dance to my song," she wrote.

Prior to this, Quick Style also shared a video in November 2022 of their group dancing to a remixed music of the same song sung by Manzoor. Taking to Instagram, Quick Style shared the peppy number. "Challenging all dancers to move on this track! A remix of Black Eye Peas and Shazia Manzoor!” read the caption of the post.
