Regional Police Officer (RPO) Moin Masood informed under-training assistant superintendents of police (ASPs) on Saturday about steps taken to ensure peace and curb crimes in the Multan region.
He briefed the under-training officers on the overall crime situation and the policies in place to improve it.
The RPO said the Multan region police had implemented a policy for fighting crime with the help of modern technology. He highlighted that the police had ensured security during the cricket events in the past and would continue to do so for the 2023 Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches scheduled at the Multan cricket stadium.
