Foreigners’ security termed top responsibility

CPO said security of foreigners performing duties in development projects was the responsibility of the police

MULTAN:

City Police Officer (CPO) Shakir Hussain Dawar said that the protection of foreigners was the top responsibility of the department and foolproof security was being provided to them.

During a visit to the Chinese camp in the Muzaffarabad on Sunday, the CPO said that the security of foreigners performing their duties in different development projects was the responsibility of the police.

He directed police officials to remain alert while performing security duties at the camp and also asked the DSP to regularly visit the camps to monitor security arrangements. He added that CCTV cameras had already been installed for strict monitoring.
