Mann Ranjhan, Essa Khan's directorial Babylicious's first track is finally out and we are loving the upbeat melody! The long-awaited Syra Yousuf and Shahroz Sabzwari starrer was teasing a new song for quite some time, and it was definitely worth the wait.
Taking to Instagram, Yousuf shared a glimpse of her upcoming romantic number's new tune. "Turn up the volume and lose yourself to Mann Ranjhan," wrote the Sinf-e-Aahan actor, also requesting her followers to listen to the full song on YouTube.
Crooned by the lovely voices of Nauman Shafi and Rahma Abid Ali, the music perfectly juxtaposes the melodious vocals with pop elements, which creates a pleasing impact on listeners. The entire tune is subtle, with laid-back R&B mixed in to form the ideal indie-style romantic music — enough to get your feelings and groove on at the same time!
What makes this love anthem quite different from most is its energetic touch of beats that most romantic songs lack. Perhaps, the only thing that might be missing is a music video to be at par with visuals.
Prior to this, Sabzwari revealed in a teaser video that it was this song that led Yousuf to sign the film as it reminded her of the old-school romantic charm.“I still remember that Syra wasn't finalised for the movie back then. She wasn't sure of her character but after listening to this song, she said, ‘I don't care whatever the character is, I want to do this movie’.”
