SSP Central Rana Maruf Usman on Tuesady announced the arrest of the suspected killers and identified them as Ghulam Mustafa, aka Qari, and Ghulam Nabi, aka Pasuri. He claimed on the basis of preliminary investigation that the triple murder appears to have been triggered by a monetary dispute over a narcotics deal.
