Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram said efforts are being made to resume the peace dialogue that was interrupted by the Mumbai attacks.

He was addressing media after the SAARC interior ministers' conference in Islamabad

Speaking on the Mumbai attacks' case, he said India believes more people should be prosecuted. Currently, seven people are being prosecuted in the case.

Chidambaram had earlier cleared the release of four Pakistani prisoners ahead of his visit to Pakistan as a goodwill gesture. He arrived in Pakistan on Friday evening.
