Cricket: Gulberg Tigers qualify for last-eight

PESHAWAR: Gulberg Tigers qualified for the quarter-finals of the Super-Eight Jashan-e-Azadi Floodlight Cricket Tournament after defeating Kabir XI by 14 runs. Gulberg Tigers opted to bat first and scored 57 runs with Yasir (13) and Haseeb (11) being the leading contributors. For Kabir XI Asif, Abid and Shehzad took one wicket each. In response, Kabir XI failed to chase the target and were bundled out for 43.
