Bollywood's power couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, have constantly been in the media's limelight due to their wedding and their first child’s birth on November 6. Numerous celebrities and fans congratulated the happy couple on their new journey as parents.
Amidst their celebrations, a Reddit account named Bolly Blinds N Gossip posted photographs of Alia and Ranbir's home on the micro-blogging website, which instantly went viral for their attractive layout and interior design.
So, without further ado, let's take a look at Alia and Ranbir's stunning home in Mumbai, which features a classic black-and-white interior.
Vastu, the Sanju actor’s humble abode is not only well-designed and ornamented, but it also has emotional undertones that tie the house to its ancestry. One of the major attractions includes a black-and-white photograph of Raj Kapoor, Ranbir’s superstar grandfather.
Apart from the portrait, a shirt with Ranbir's favourite number '8' is also prominently displayed inside a frame on one of the walls.
In the same room, a shelf also houses a collection of accolades that the actors have received throughout the years. There is also a hardwood ceiling-to-floor bar present at the residence.
The house is saturated with natural light and appears to have both a traditional and futuristic look. While the famous home appears opulent and enormous at first glance, with stunning halls and floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, the couple has converted it into a homey home filled with family photos and mementoes.
The remaining house is immaculate, with lots of whites, blacks, browns and large well-lit areas. The hardwood flooring contrasts with the stark white walls, while plenty of plants and greenery add warmth to the area.
The stars, who tied the knot in April this year surrounded by their near and dear, held the wedding ceremony at Vastu. The intimate affair was attended by several close friends from B-town and their families, including their moms Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan.
