The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has fixed for hearing a case pertaining to confiscation of PTI prohibited funding on November 15.
The election supervisor has given last chance to the former ruling party to submit its reply.
The Commission issued notice to PTI Chairman and former premier Imran Khan for hearing.
On August 2, the polls supervisory body had finally announced its ruling in the long-awaited, cliffhanger case of the PTI's prohibited funding and ruled that the party did indeed receive illegal funding.
It had also issued a notice to the PTI asking why the funds should not be confiscated.
