Four jailed for life in murder case

Three more accused still at large

QUETTA:

Saryab One Additional Session Judge Aurangzeb Ghuman convicted four accused to life imprisonment after finding them guilty in a murder case.

The accused were also found guilty of other crimes for which a fine was imposed on them, which is to be paid to the victim family.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Shadab Murri said that accused Siraj Ahmed, Darkhan, Muhammad Rahim and Bahadur Khan, who were out on bail, were brought to the police station Saryab on October 28, 2020.

Co-accused in the murder case Muhammad Amin, Saddam, Abdul Rahim and Abdul Rahman are absconding.

The judge sentenced Siraj Ahmed, Darkhan, Muhammad Rahim and Bahadur Khan to life imprisonment after finding them guilty under Section 302 of the Criminal Code.

The plaintiffs attacked the house of Muhammad Rahim and seriously injured his sons Asadullah and Saifullah. Asadullah later succumbed to his injuries.
