Both the prosecutors were working on high-profile cases in NAB courts

KARACHI:

Two senior most NAB Karachi prosecutors working on high-profile cases have resigned in a surprising move.

Sources revealed that the prosecutors Riaz Alam and Shahbaz Sahootra submitted their resignations to the NAB headquarters, adding that Riaz Alam’s resignation has been accepted so far.

Both the prosecutors were working on high-profile cases in NAB courts and Sindh High Court.

The high-profile cases include Doctor Asim Hussain, Sharjeel Memon, Siraj Durrani and many important personalities.

Sources also revealed that both the prosecutors were dispatching their duties for four years and they have confirmed submission of their resignations.

Ejaz Hussain | 2 years ago | Reply This is the effect of changes brought by sitting government to laws of NAB and FIA. Courts closed their eyes to these changes in laws which were brought about you benefit the accused all of them sitting in Parliament at present for personal gains to get NRO3.
