Toxic Liquor: Sub-inspector’s house raided

MIRPURKHAS: The excise police raided the house of a police sub-inspector, Ghulam Rasool Rind. The raid took place in Gulshan Suleman Town, the police arrested one person for the preparation of toxic liquor while Rind managed to flee. Over 30 people have died in a month’s time after consuming it. The excise police team raided Rind’s house because they had received a tip that an illegal liquor brewing factory was working there.
