The court has approved bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and leader of opposition in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Shaikh in a case about illegal allotment of government land for two lakh rupees.
In a petition filed by Bhagwan Das, Advocate of Haleem Adil Shaikh in the court, it was stated that Haleem Adil Shaikh had been arrested in another case, due to which he could not appear in court.
The court granted bail to Haleem Adil Sheikh after hearing the public prosecutor's arguments and the petitioner's counsel.
It should be noted that earlier, Anti-Corruption Establishment Jamshoro registered a case against five persons, including Haleem Adil Shaikh, regarding the illegal allotment of government land in Thana Bola Khan and taking a loan from Agricultural Bank. Fraud and other charges were included in the case.
