LONDON: As the SAARC interior ministers meet to strengthen ties between member countries, Pakistan and India have joined together to show their solidarity in a different way.

Aisam ul Haq and Rohan Bopanna, also known as the 'Indo-Pak Express', were seen sporting jackets that said 'Stop war, start tennis' at their Wimbledon match against Philipp Marx and Igor Zelenay, on Friday.

Aisam and Rohan, along with 'Peace and Sport', a Monaco-based organization that works towards bringing together divided communities worldwide by encouraging dialogue and reconciliation through sport, decided to team up at the prestigious sporting event, in order to help maintain and promote peace in their neighbouring countries.

Aisam is currently ranked 43rd and Rohan 52nd in the doubles player ranking of the world, and have been teaming for doubles events since 2007.
