Kiran Tabeir welcomes daughter, says she’s lucky to have daughter as first-born

The actor embraced motherhood after 12 years of marriage

Congratulations are in order for the new mommy, Kiran Tabier, who welcomed the baby girl Izzah Hamza Malik into the world. Actor, popularly known for her role as Fizza and Shiza, turned a new chapter in her life on Saturday

On Sunday, Tabeir took to Instagram to introduce the newest member of her family to her fans. Sharing photos with her firstborn, she wrote, “Lucky are those whose first child is a daughter. And I [have been] blessed with one Alhamdulillah after 12 years. Finally, Allah [has] blessed us with His Rehmat. We are parents now. It’s a baby girl, meet Izzah Hamza Malik.”

She further asked for fans to remember her family in prayers, adding that Izzah was born on August 13. The comment section saw actors Naveed Raza, Nimra Khan and Minal Khan extend their love and best wishes to the new mommy.

While the Parizaad actor has been part of the industry for a very long time, her moment of fame came after a clip from episode Judwaa in an anthology series called Haqeeqat went viral.

After becoming the meme of the year on social media, Tabeir took to Instagram in February to express her frustration with the jokes going around online. “It’s more important that we talk about the kind of problems that need to be talked about, problems in our country that need to be addressed and should trend on social media as well,” she said. “Please use your time and energy in a better way, maybe that’ll end up helping someone for the better. It’s your decision. Otherwise, enjoy this Fizza and Shiza thing."
