Anti-corruption department acquits Punjab’s former chief minister

The investigation team of the anti-corruption department has acquitted Punjab’s former chief minister Usman Buzdar and his family members in a land allotment case, following which the court also declared them innocent. The investigation team of the anti-corruption department submitted the investigation report of the case to the court in which it was declared that Buzdar or his brothers have nothing to do with the allotment of land under question.

Special Judge Anti-Corruption Naveed Ahmed Qureshi heard the case in the special court and said that according to the report of the investigation team, the brothers have been declared innocent.
