PM thanks UAE president for investment in Pakistan

Shehbaz also holds telephonic conversation with Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar

ISLAMABAD:

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday thanked United Arab Emirates President His Highness Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the investment his country is going to make in Pakistan’s various sectors.

In a tweet, PM Shehbaz said that Pakistan and the UAE are brotherly countries and keen to further strengthen their multifaceted relationship.

Meanwhile, the premier also held a telephonic conversation with the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.

Qatar and Pakistan enjoy close and cordial relations. Qatar is home to over 200,000 Pakistani diaspora that is playing a pivotal role in the development of Qatar and Pakistan.
