Primary accused arrested by police from Ranjapur

A foreign TikTok content creator, Arbela Arpi, was allegedly gang-raped at a local hotel during her visit to Dera Ghazi Khan's Fort Munro tourist site.

According to Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Anwar, a case was registered under Section 376, 292B after the incident and the main accused was arrested from Ranjapur.

The prime suspect, Muzamil Shehzad, worked as a guide in the area and will be presented before a court in Dera Ghazi Khan for further legal action.

The survivor, in her statement, said she was staying at a local hotel in Fort Munro on the night of July 17, when Shehzad and his associates raped her.

The Border Military Police registered a case on her statement wherein she further alleged that the accused also made videos during the incident.

The survivor will undergo a medical examination and the accused will be shifted to Lahore for DNA testing.

Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz has taken notice of the incident and sought a report from the province's top cop. The chief minister said the accused will be punished according to law and justice will be provided to the victim at any cost.

Thirdly even after the rape she explored the entire Balochistan and then went to Lahore. All this he is now remembering where he was before
