Neighbors caught a man who allegedly tortured children and locked them in his house. The crowd handed the suspect over to police and rescued the children.
A rescue team provided medical aid to the children and shifted them to hospital.
According to the details, Allah Ditta, a resident of Usman Town, allegedly used to torture his seven-year-old daughter Fatima, four-year-old son Muhammad Shaaban and five-year-old son Faizan daily and locked them in a room.
The suspect allegedly kept the children starving and thirsty and locked them in the house and left. Upon hearing the children’s screams, neighbors reached the house and discovered them begging for bread.
On Sunday afternoon, when the children’s father came to the house, the neighbors grabbed him and snatched the keys rescuing the children. Neighbors reported the family to police and Rescue 1122 staff. Rescue team reached the spot and shifted the children to a hospital.
According to the locals, Allah Ditta allegedly used to starve and torture the children daily. Neighbors alleged that he used to lock the children in the house and leave them there until he returned.
