Popular playwright Khalilur Rehman Qamar thinks late televangelist Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s death can be majorly tied to his decision to marry third wife, Dania Shah. The Meray Paas Tum Ho writer believes that when one marries a woman ‘like Dania,’ such consequences should be expected. He further said that Hussain should’ve instead chosen a religious girl to wed with instead of Shah.

Qamar appeared on a local talk show where the host asked him whether he believes Shah can be blamed for Hussain’s death or not. The writer was quick to nod, and added, “Yes, we can say that she was responsible for his death. Sometimes, us men make some horrible mistakes. In my personal opinion, he should’ve married a pious, religious girl  instead. If you marry such tough girls then bad results are inevitable.”

Shah announced that she’ll be observing iddat following her husband’s sudden demise however, on Wednesday, she shared a video of herself in which she can be seen attending DG Khan Darbar with her mother.

Earlier this year, Shah leaked ‘indecent’ videos of Hussain following which the latter released a video lamenting over the viral clips. The television personality had shared his two cents on the matter and has revealed that he has no choice but to leave the country after 'indecent' videos made rounds on social media.

Weeks after that, on June 9, the Popular television host and politician was found dead at his residence in Karachi.
